#105 Grand Pavilion is one of the Boardwalk Villas within the Grand Pavilion community of Wild Dunes Resort. You will find yourself within a safe beach community where you and/or your children can walk to the pools, the beach, ice cream shop, the pool/beachside deli and bar, and many other facilities within this community. A four-star restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Boardwalk Inn just across the street where you can dine poolside or in their dining room.

This house has four bedrooms (each with its own bath), a full-service kitchen, dining room, living room, large deck with a view of the ocean, hardwood floors throughout the living rooms, VCR and DVD players, laundry, parking, and can easily accommodate up to 12 people. The first floor bedroom has two queen beds, one bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, the other bedroom has two queen beds, and the large bedroom on the third floor has a king bed, a balcony with a beach view, and a large bathroom with a walk-in closet. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, coffee makers, hair dryers, ironing boards/irons, and in-room safes. This house is well-decorated and has repeatedly received a V.I.P. rating from Wild Dunes Resort for its appearance and décor.
